Sacco Pier Luigi 
is professor of Cultural Economics at IULM University, Milan, and as of September 1, 2011, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Markets, and Heritage. He is the scientific responsible of the University of Milan. He also serves as an advisor in the matters of funds for cultural and economic development of cities to the governments of Venice, Florence, the French city of Lille and the capital of Albania.
Ferili Guido 
is a post-doc fellowship at the University of Milan, in cultural and creative industries in NIC and Far East Countries. From the end of 1990s he has research and develop several projects nationally and internationally in cultural economics, cultural and creative industries, regional development. He has presented his works in many international conferences as invited speakers, chairman, lecturer, and panelist on issues. He is member of the Strategic Group of "Soul for Europe" for the development of the "European Culture and Economy Platform".
